• Our Family and Friends
Family and friends are an integral part of our life and everyone is excited and supportive of our decision to become parents.
Glen's parents, Grandmom and Granddad, cannot wait to take their first grandchild on day trips to The Alamo, Texas Hill Country, and a Texas-style barbecue!

| In December 2006, we gathered in Houston, Texas to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. |
Glen's parents like vacationing in Las Vegas. |
Ricky's parents, Abuelita and Abuelito, his sister Mayra and her daughter Shanti, live in Puerto Rico. They cannot wait to meet our child and teach him or her Spanish and have picnics at the beach. How terrific it will be to see our child’s expression when they first see the Atlantic Ocean and get to play in the sand! Abuelita and Abuelito are great storytellers and cannot wait to teach our child all about the Island’s folklore, and sing to the little one while cradling him or her on the same rocking chair they cradled Ricky on. Aunt Cuchi, Uncle OJ and Misha, who was adopted, look forward to introducing our child to Mickey Mouse at Disney World.

During the Summer of 2004, the family gathered in Florida. |

Both of us have many close friends who make-up an extended family, some with children, who will make great play-pals for our little one. They are eager to become “aunts” and “uncles”, helping us to baby-sit, educate and share their lives with our child.
